Service Units provide avenues for members to engage in kingdom stewardship. The welfare of Unit Members is a core responsibility shared by all Units.

Ministers in songs and leads the congregation in heartfelt praise and worship, creating an atmosphere for God’s presence to flow.

Ushering

  • Receive, direct, and guide worshipers to their seats.
  • Attend to member’s inquiries throughout the service.
  • Maintain orderliness in the auditorium.
  • Support Communion services.
  • Distribute church publications.
  • Count and collate service attendance reports.

Crowd Control / Traffic

  • Ensure orderly movement within and outside.
  • Coordinate smooth entry and exit of vehicles.
  • Manage parking on-site and in overflow areas.

Hospitality

  • Warmly welcome worshipers and first-timers.
  • Assist the elderly and physically challenged.
  • Register and support new converts and guests.
  • Follow up on members who miss services.

Security & Protocol

  • Perform routine protocol duties.
  • Secure church entrance, sanctuary, and Pastor’s office.
  • Escort the Pastor during services.
  • Identify and attend to visiting ministers and VIPs.
  • Compile and invite guests to special programs.
  • Organize logistics, travel, and accommodation.
  • Assist with recovery of lost property.
  • Process Kingdom Service forms.
  • Ensure safety of persons and property.
  • Maintain orderliness and security across premises.
  • Conduct surveillance and regular patrols.
  • Ensure neighbor-friendly parking.

Sanctuary / Utility

  • Maintain cleanliness of the auditorium and premises.
  • Resolve urgent facility-related issues.
  • Maintain church property and safety.

Media / Technical / IT

  • Provide video coverage and recording.
  • Project scriptures, songs, and announcements.
  • Ensure functioning of audio-visual equipment.
  • Transcribe and edit messages.
  • Capture photographs for social media.
  • Manage social media platforms.
  • Stream live services.
  • Upload message archives.
  • Manage church website.
  • Support IT infrastructure.

Prayer Squad

  • Serves as the prayer engine of the Church.
  • Provides spiritual covering through weekly sessions.
  • Intercedes for church leadership and members.
  • Prays for salvation of souls and national leaders.

Children Department

  • Present the gospel at their level.
  • Teach the Word in line with monthly themes.
  • Provide a Christ-centered learning environment.
  • Coordinate activities for teenagers.
  • Develop their God-given gifts.

Gilead Medical

  • Provide first aid during services.
  • Offer compassionate care for wellness.
  • Serve as first responders for emergencies.
  • Note: Medical background required.

Follow-Up / Counseling

  • Assist first-timers and new converts.
  • Ensure members feel valued and connected.
  • Prevent members from slipping away.
  • Pray and provide counseling.
  • Establish new believers in the faith.

Transportation

  • Coordinate transportation of worshipers to and from church using church buses.
  • Arrange transport for members who require assistance.

  • Carry out the soul-winning mandate.
  • Conduct hospital and prison ministrations.
  • Organize crusades and rural evangelism.
  • Visit orphanages and support vulnerable groups.
  • Distribute tracts and anointed books.

Youth Alive Fellowship

  • Raise youths as leaders with excellence.
  • Organize Christian-centered fun events.
  • Build youths equipped for supernatural accomplishments.

Beautify and decorate the auditorium and church halls for all services and events.
